With its tailor-made offer, Senso Telecom provides adaptable telecommunications services suited to every business configuration.
The company Senso Telecom was born in 2007. Six years later, its offer has now expanded beyond the French borders. Apart from mainland France, it has clients in French overseas communities, North African states such as Morocco and Tunisia, as well as countries bordering France including Belgium.
Its success can be put down to its offer comprising different flexible, adaptable solutions addressed at all types of businesses, from VSEs to large companies, whether on a single site or a number of different sites. “The solutions that we offer allow us to follow the growth and expansion of clients without any difficulty, as well as their associated needs. Our clients are often private companies, but
also territorial or local authorities,” specifies Michel Sebis, Sales Manager and Founder of Senso Telecom.
Services are structured around unlimited formulas. There is namely an offer for unlimited calls to landlines in France and to forty or so countries around the world, as well as a second offer for unlimited calls to landlines and mobile phones, particularly worthwhile for businesses spread out over several geographical areas, or that frequently work with householders and so are inclined to call them
on mobile phones, such as real estate agencies. “With subscriptions for unlimited calls to landlines, we also offer a fixed rate for calls to mobile phones: in this case, the unlimited landline offer also includes five hours of call to mobiles, for example. By studying the consumption habits and bills of clients, we have the means to offer formulas close to their needs,” adds Michel Sebis.
The offer stands out from that of rivals by its flexibility, but also its ability to adapt to a new working environment. Nomadism, a company’s internal reorganisation, or the necessity to cut costs are different cases in which Senso Telecom solutions offer perfectly adapted responses. “Making substantial savings on internet and telecom budgets is a growing preoccupation for company heads
these days. It is essential to be able to meet these wishes,” believes Michel Sebis. The “tailor-made” aspect of the company’s offer is one of its top qualities. “This is a real stamp of our company. In the past, clients had to fit in with a fairly rigid offer made by the operators they dealt with. Today, an opposite approach is taken. Solutions are fashioned according to client demands,” he continues.
Senso Telecom also offers a call convergence service whereby incoming calls can be directed to a given landline or mobile phone if necessary. This is a possibility that interests staff members who travel frequently and whose vocation is to work outside of the office (maintenance agents, salespeople). Another interesting element of this function is that when a call is transferred from a
switchboard to the phone of a user who is unable to take the call because he is driving, for example, the last number displayed is that of the caller rather than the switchboard, as is generally the case.
“This is an important point for guaranteeing the continuity of relationships with the client or supplier,” assures Michel Sebis.
Senso Telecom is happy to be a company that has been profitable ever since its second year of existence. “This configuration gives us the means to invest in the expansion of our infrastructures. The capacity to simultaneously handle a large volume of calls is essential, hence our endeavours to add servers and to multiply interconnections with the historic operator,” he continues.
