Flexible subscriptions with no strings attached, modifiable at any time. This is the original service offered by Danone Eaux France on its new web site www.evianchezvous.com. “Our offer is adapted to the different usages of those in the workplace. Small 50 cl bottles allow us to meet the needs of meetings or guests from outside the company. The one-litre format corresponds to a more individual form of consumption for daylong use. For special occasions, we also offer glass bottles,” explains Charlotte Darsy, Head of the company’s Groupe Innovation division. From the range on offer, the client makes an online selection of the products corresponding to his or her needs, the day and time of delivery and the desired frequency of deliveries. Orders are personalised and renewed automatically. In this way, every company can freely adapt its formula depending on its own water consumption and schedule.
To complement this flexible subscription at the core of its offer, Danone Eaux France has sought to offer a solution completely in sync with company needs. Packaging corresponds better to company usage, namely with boxes holding twenty-four 50 cl bottles. Payment options have also been extended for clients who can now pay invoices by direct debit, as well as bank card. An automatic invoicing system also simplifies accounting for businesses. “Today there is a real desire in businesses to offer employees good hydration. But on the other hand, everything to do with water supply often proves laborious. This is why we seek simplification, allowing time to be saved and efficiency increased with Evianchezvous.com,” points out Charlotte Darsy. This original service is an asset that helps the group stand out from the competition. “We were pioneers in this domain when we launched the initiative at the end of 2009 in the 15th arrondissement of Paris for householders. Since 5 March 2012, this online solution has been extended to Paris and four neighbouring towns: Boulogne-Billancourt, Levallois-Perret, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Neuilly-Sur-Seine. We wish to develop excellent service quality. Evianchezvous.com will undoubtedly be subsequently launched in other localities depending on the results of analyses conducted and the opportunities that arise,” she continues.
“Our clients include businesses of all sizes with which we supply natural mineral water in catering contexts. Through Evianchezvous.com, we seek to make available a complementary offer to facilitate hydration in adapted formats, targeting medium-sized businesses as well as small structures such as law firms and pharmacies,” illustrates Frédéric Guichard, Marketing Manager at Danone Eaux France. One of the aspects of this project is to collaborate with users to enrich the service and adapt it to their needs. “After launching the service to our first clients, we kept in contact with them to find out what they thought. We thus evolved the offer, delivery times, means of payment and subscription system in order to offer a solution that truly matches their expectations,” continues Charlotte Darsy. Another of the company’s advantages is that it offers businesses, who so desire, long-term contact with a member of the Evianchezvous team to help them to optimise their strategies, and also enrich the close-range relationships it wishes to develop. “In-company hydration is a real preoccupation at this point in time. Surveys show that one out of three employees believes himself or herself to be poorly hydrated in the workplace mainly due to a lack of access to water,” observes Frédéric Guichard. “Offering company employees practical and healthy hydration solutions at any time of the day is the central mission of Danone Eaux France. We identify new opportunities every day. It is by listening to businesses that we designed this practical solution. This approach will no doubt open up other services in the future,” he adds.
