The Nespresso brand is 20 years old. 20 years endeavouring to offer individual clients the best in coffee, following the tradition of Italian baristas. Everything hinges on its range of Special Reserve coffees, cutting-edge coffee machines, and personalised client service, crowned by awards on numerous occasions.
Since 1996, the Professional Division has launched a dedicated offer “bringing a comprehensive range of solutions integrating the idea of ‘Special Reserve’ coffees and personalised machines, to offices, but also restaurants, leisure centres, stores and even transport companies,” explains Jean-Luc Valleix, Director of the Business Solutions division at Nespresso.
The objective is simple: to satisfy the demands and expectations of professional clients who have adopted the Nespresso solution in their own homes for several years and who wish to find the same coffee quality in their workplaces. Adds Jean-Luc Valleix: “We wanted to meet the growing expectations of a certain number of professionals who had been seduced by the concept of portioned coffee. Both for its quality and its freshness, but above all for its convenience in terms of ease of storage and management.”
Nespresso Business Solutions has always stood out from its competitors thanks to the wide variety of the exceptional coffees it offers clients, as well as its coffee expertise. Eight Special Reserves are available for all types of tastes, preferences and consumption times, with distinctive aromas, flavours and levels of intensity: 2 Ristrettos, 2 Espressos, 2 Lungos and 2 Decafs.
The brand has always invested in the permanent innovation of its coffee machines. Several of them have been updated, such as the Zenius. As well as having 3 programmable cup sizes (Ristretto, Espresso and Lungo), a SIM card directly linked to the Nespresso Client Relations Centre is integrated in the machine. In this way, the Coffee Specialist can accompany professionals, following up and managing the maintenance and upkeep of machines, remotely and proactively.
For companies requiring coffee machines with greater capacities and customised payment solutions, the “Tower” ensemble, made up of an automatic capsule distributor, a Gemini CS200 or CS220 machine, and a storage unit, allows coffee spaces to be organised according to needs, thus ensuring optimal coffee tasting.
“2013 is a Special Reserve in terms of events,” confides Jean-Luc Valleix, with the arrival of 2 Special Reserved Limited Editions, aimed at top chefs but also offices. “We will also have a new range of accessories aimed at the fast food sector and an extension of the ‘Aguila’ range for smaller-scale restaurants. And we will be celebrating the second edition of the Café Gourmand, aimed at starred chefs and members of the Club.”
In this way, Nespresso will be continuing its tradition of exceptional coffee and an ongoing desire to satisfy clients.
